Responsibilities:  

• Oversee daily pastry production and ensure high-quality standards.
• Create innovative dessert recipes that align with our brand vision.
• Train and mentor pastry staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menu items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in special event planning and execution of pastry displays.

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for dessert innovation.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
