In this Payroll Specialist position, you will:
- Process biweekly payroll for 500+ Massachusetts employees
- Review and validate employee time sheets, ensuring accuracy before upload
- Coordinate with department managers to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Assist with payrollrelated reporting during monthend close
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (2+ years)
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with UKG or similar system is a major plus
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fastpaced nonprofit environment
Salary Range
