We're looking for someone eager to learn, ready to contribute, and interested in building a long-term career.What You'll DoSupport the escrow process, including opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing closing documents, and assisting with disbursements and follow-up.Communicate regularly with customers and team members to keep transactions moving and provide an excellent customer experience.Learn to interpret agreements and understand requirements related to escrow closings.Use a variety of software applications and technologies to support accurate, efficient transactions.What You'll BringA customer-first mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.Clear, professional verbal and written communication.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions, solve problems, and learn.A team-oriented approach and the drive to help customers—and your teammates—succeed.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.A high school diploma or equivalent.Two or more years of escrow-related experience is preferred, but not required. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
