Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Position Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinates patient care with departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with mission and standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health. Flexibly work in PRN, per diem, or float roles with various shifts available. Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and physical demands required for the role. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure. Minimum of 1 year recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for specialized areas. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for critical care and ED roles; additional certifications as needed. Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks. Key Duties Provide patient-centered care, evaluate care effectiveness, and ensure patient rights.
