Hourly Rate: $53.60

What You'll Do

Provide neonatal nursing care to infants in the NICU and newborn nursery
Attend high-risk deliveries and conduct car seat testing
Manage neonatal diagnoses and support high-acuity newborn patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
Ensure compliance with all safety and health standards
Document patient care accurately and timely
Support unit operations and provide mentorship to new staff when needed

What You Need
Required:

Valid Louisiana RN license
BLS, NRP, and CPI certifications
Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
Epic EMR experience

Preferred:

Experience in high-risk delivery and neonatal diagnosis
Flexibility to work on holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) as needed

About the Assignment
Join a dedicated team caring for neonatal patients at a top facility in Monroe, LA. This unit serves both NICU and newborn nursery patients, handling high-risk deliveries, diagnoses, and newborn assessments. Candidates should be comfortable working a night shift and supporting emergency response protocols as needed.
