Position Overview:

Seeking a motivated Territory Development Manager to grow business across the Washington, DC market by developing new customers, strengthening relationships, and increasing territory revenue.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Develop the territory through new business development and customer acquisition .
\n
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, designers, fabricators, retailers, and industry professionals .
\n
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and high-value accounts.
\n
• Sell stone slabs and related building-material products .
\n
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings.
\n
• Manage the sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
\n
• Understand customer project needs and recommend appropriate products.
\n
• Drive long-term account growth and customer retention.
\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n

\n
• Experience in building materials, stone slabs, countertops, construction materials, or related industries preferred.
\n
• Proven territory development, outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience.
\n
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
\n
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a territory independently.
\n
• Willing to travel locally throughout the Washington, DC area .
\n
