What You’ll Do and Impact: Serve as the primary finance leader and strategic advisor to executive stakeholders across major business lines or enterprise functions.Shape enterprise financial strategy by linking long-term business objectives with actionable financial insights, risks, and opportunities.Lead and evolve forecasting, planning, and performance management processes to drive forward-looking, data-informed decisions.Guide evaluation of large-scale strategic initiatives, including investments, pricing strategies, cost structure optimization, and transformation efforts.Partner with FAST and other centralized teams to prioritize analytics, enhance reporting capabilities, and scale consistent financial practices.Drive alignment across functions, ensuring cohesive financial narratives and disciplined execution against enterprise goals.Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance talent, strengthening business partnership capabilities across the function.Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize finance processes and elevate decision-making.Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, strategy, or consultingDemonstrated experience advising executives and influencing enterprise-level decisionsProven ability to lead through ambiguity, drive transformation, and scale financial processesStrong experience leading teams and developing talentAdvanced proficiency in financial systems, modeling, and analytics toolsAdditional Items of Interest:MBA or advanced degree preferredExperience supporting complex, multi-line-of-business environmentsFamiliarity with Power BI, SQL, GPT tools, or AI-enabled financial analysis platformsExperience leading finance transformation or modernization initiativesJob to be performed in the location listed.
