Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple’s therapy sessions to address a range of personal and relational issues.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that involve numerous dynamics, particularly when dealing with conflicts among family members.

• Implementing personalized treatment plans that may involve coping strategies for issues such as grief, job stress, or medical challenges.

• Managing cases involving substance abuse, divorce adjustment, and communication difficulties within family structures.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to discuss case developments and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents. You will address a variety of issues, such as:

Qualifications\n
