Dental Office Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

Job Description

Wellington Center for Laser Dentistry is a small boutique fee for service practice in Wellington, Florida. We are seeking a Full -time dental office receptionist/treatment plan coordinator to join a dynamic team delivering state of the art, minimally invasive dentistry.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing patient communications (phone, text, email)
Scheduling patients
Collecting payments
Filing insurance claims
Posting insurance payments into Dentrix platform
Helping patients coordinate treatment appointments

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, pro-active, patient-focused attitude
Experience with Dentrix Dental Software is a MUST
Computer skills
Team player

Work Schedule: Typical work hours are 40hr/week, although occasionally you may have to stay later

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8-5pm
Tuesday: 8-6pm
Friday: 8-4pm

Start Date : Immediately

Competitive Salary and benefits.

Starting rate: $20-25/hr
