Concierge (Overnight)

Concierge The Concierge is an important part of our brand and has a dynamic role in their community as the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests. This position will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service by consistently being pleasant and helpful to everyone walking through the doors and creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience within the senior living community by addressing inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations. Key responsibilities include: Answering a multi-line telephone, directing calls and inquiries as needed. Greeting all families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile. Maintaining outside visitor logs and monitoring access to the community. Assisting residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments. Supporting management with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work. Ordering office supplies. Addressing resident concerns or questions and escalating issues to management when necessary. Completing work order requests. Candidate qualifications: We are looking for an overnight receptionist: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience, competencies, and skills: At least 6-12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting is required. Working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Patience and willingness to assist our residents, visitors, and team members. Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized. Excellent communication skills. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
