Maximizing sales growth and profitability, the full-time Regional Director will develop and lead business goals for the region, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with corporate departments to enhance store operations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and lead business goals and accountability for the region's performance Act as a subject matter expert and partner with Store Operations on strategic decision-making Utilize KPIs and performance measurement tools to track and improve business performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred experience in store management within the retail sector Proven track record in developing performance goals and management processes Experience in sales performance incentives and team motivation Ability to analyze competitor performance and market trends
