Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide specialized care to individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on enhancing mobility, independence, and quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical abilities and create individualized therapy plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor progress and adapt treatments as needed to achieve patient goals.
Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and strategies for continued improvement.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
Valid state PT license.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

Therapy sessions may occur in clinics, homes, schools, or community settings.
