Front Counter Sales Associate

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 Salary range + Bonus (based on experience) Benefits: Health Insurance, IRA with Company Match Job Type: Full-time City Floor Supply, a family-owned hardwood flooring distributor, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This is a fast-paced, contractor-facing position where strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential. What You’ll Do Assist contractors and walk-in customers at the front counter with product selection, orders, and general inquiries. Answer high-volume phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Enter orders accurately using our computer system. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front counter area. Build strong relationships with flooring contractors and industry professionals. What We’re Looking For Phone and computer skills are a must. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
