Compensation: $25.00-$26.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst for a reputable company in Burnsville, MN. In this role, you'll support the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while working closely with vendors and internal departments. • Review, verify, classify, code, and record vendor invoices in the ERP system
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor accounts and statements to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Research and respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account issues
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable records, documentation, and reports
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment concerns

What You Need to Bring to the Accounts Payable Analyst Role:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
• Previous accounts payable, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred #metrocareers
