PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to work assigned shifts, which may include day, evening, night, weekend, or holiday shift hours Receive, dispatch, and log radio traffic on multiple radio frequencies Receive, dispatch, and log emergency and non-emergency phone calls at the Main Entrance Monitor fire and security alarms and cameras, dispatch, and log all alarms received Greet visitors to the campus, answer questions, and provide directions Follow established assignment schedule, ensure field officers are informed, and log all assignments completed May obtain CPR/First Aid certification Must (occasionally) lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
