Responsibilities

- Create executive-ready materials communicating analytical findings and strategic recommendations
- Partner with marketing, operations, forecasting, and clinical teams on strategic reviews
- Establish scalable analytics capabilities anchored to commercial marketing framework
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, business, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in business insights, outcomes research, advanced analytics, or pharmaceutical strategy
- Deep understanding of real-world data assets and commercial pharma data ecosystem
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills grounded in data-driven analysis
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and project management in matrixed organizations
- Ability to translate complex secondary data into actionable business recommendations
