Responsibilities
- Partner with CIO and IT leadership to ensure clear understanding of organizational priorities across teams
- Simplify complex strategic initiatives into actionable themes supporting organizational alignment
- Serve as trusted advisor on stakeholder perspectives, alignment challenges, and transformation implications
- Connect technology initiatives and IT investments to business outcomes for enterprise stakeholders
- Support major transformation efforts by building organizational understanding, readiness, and adoption
Requirements
- Experience in strategy realization and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Demonstrated change leadership and stakeholder alignment capabilities
- Executive advisory or Chief of Staff experience supporting senior leadership
- Enterprise transformation and business strategy execution background
- Strong executive presence and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in change management, IT governance, and organizational strategy
