Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule: Days: Monday - Friday Shift Type: Days, 8 hours

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• 2 years of current PT experience
• Experience treating all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics
• Previous rehab experience
• Flexibility to work inpatient PT as needed
• CPSI EMR experience (highly preferred)
• Experience working with PTA's (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and treatments, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses.
• Develop individualized rehabilitative programs based on patient needs.
• Implement advanced hands-on techniques while educating patients on their treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Requested time off during the assignment must be noted at profile upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• The facility is closed for major holidays.
• All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
• Travelers must have their own vehicle.
• Ensure voicemail is set up for communication.
