Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator / P&A Structures Location: Milwaukee, WI Pay Range: $17-$20/hour Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 230 AM, with overtime on Fridays What's the Job? Assemble products or components as part of a team, ensuring quality and accuracy Operate machinery such as punches, drills, bends, rolls, or crops metal stock to fabricate snowplow parts Follow detailed specifications to maintain product quality standards Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Complete tasks efficiently to meet production goals What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing Dependable and flexible team player Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening Basic reading, writing, measuring, and math skills High school diploma or GED What's in it for me?
