CNC Setup Operator

Job Overview Krueger Bearings designs and manufactures bearings for many industrial applications, including naval vessels. We seek skilled CNC machinists to operate CNC machining centers, perform multiple set‑up runs a day, and edit programs on the machine. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining centers. Execute one- or two‑piece orders and larger runs (up to 10 pieces). Perform program edits directly on the machine. Maintain high quality and efficiency across multiple daily set‑ups. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a job shop or machine shop. Reliable attendance and commitment to work every day. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to "think outside the box."
