As a Resource Manager, you’ll be the orchestrator of talent, the mastermind behind staffing, and the glue that holds it all together. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with discipline leads across multiple portfolios to ensure the team’s time is maximized and targets are met. Forecast future client needs and ensure we have the right talent available at the right time. Deliver detailed utilization reports to project teams and contribute to utilization trends and forecasts. Handle staffing requests (full‑time or freelance) with support from Portfolio and Discipline Leads, identifying and filling any staffing gaps. Lead weekly staffing meetings, driving discussions on team availability and project needs. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of core skills and their contexts. Communicate resource forecasts and project statuses to Portfolio and Discipline Leads. Qualifications 3‑5 years of resource management, staffing, or workforce planning experience in an agency or consultancy environment (digital marketing agency experience is a huge plus). Comprehensive understanding of disciplines and craft skills within a creative and digital agency. A keen eye for detail and a passion for managing people and projects. A love for data and comfort with reporting and forecasting trends. Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams and clients. Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple moving pieces, especially under tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with proactive problem‑solving. Compensation Range: $75,050 – $120,159. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
