Recruiter Position at WaterBridgeWaterBridge is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across our corporate and field organizations. This is a pivotal role in a rapidly growing sector of the energy landscape, where the pace of hiring directly determines how fast we can build and operate produced water infrastructure.The position spans three connected areas: full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical roles, high-volume hiring for field operations across the Permian Basin and our other basins, and building the sourcing pipelines, employer brand, and hiring processes that make the work repeatable.You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and executive management, and will represent WaterBridge externally with candidates, universities, staffing partners, and in the communities where we operate.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:Full-Cycle Corporate & Technical RecruitingManaging requisitions end to end for corporate and technical roles across engineering, commercial, finance, accounting, IT, HSE, and G&A.Running intake meetings with hiring managers to define the role, the must-haves, the market, and a realistic timeline.Screening, assessing, and shortlisting candidates, and presenting calibrated slates with clear rationale.Coordinating interview loops, gathering structured feedback, and driving the hiring team to a decision.Managing offers through close, including compensation discussions in partnership with HR and Total Rewards.Field & Operations HiringDelivering high-volume hiring for field operations, including operators, technicians, drivers, electricians, mechanics, and facility and construction crews.Partnering with field leadership and area supervisors to stay ahead of headcount needs tied to asset build-out and commissioning schedules.Building local pipelines in Permian Basin and other operating markets, including job fairs, trade schools, community partnerships, and referral programs.Managing pre-employment requirements with HR and HSE, including background checks, drug and alcohol screening, MVR requirements, and fit-for-duty steps.Diagnosing hiring bottlenecks in the field before they become staffing shortfalls.Sourcing, Pipelining & Employer BrandProactively sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry networks, and direct outreach.Building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles rather than starting from zero each requisition.Strengthening WaterBridge's presence with candidates through job postings, outreach messaging, careers content, and campus and association engagement.Managing relationships with staffing and search partners, including scope, cost, and performance.Compliance & Candidate ExperienceMaintaining hiring practices and documentation that hold up under audit and third-party review.Ensuring compliance with EEO, OFCCP where applicable, ADA, FCRA, I-9 and E-Verify, and applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely records in the ATS and HRIS.Delivering a professional, responsive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff.Reporting, Planning & CommunicationSupporting annual and quarterly headcount planning with HR, Finance, and business unit leadership.Delivering regular pipeline and hiring updates to management.Creating reports, KPIs, and dashboards that improve source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and open-role status.Contributing data-driven insights in workforce planning and strategy discussions.Advising hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and realistic trade-offs.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, including direct sourcing of passive candidates.Experience recruiting for both corporate/professional and field/hourly populations.Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load and competing priorities without losing candidate quality.Working knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance, including EEO, ADA, FCRA, and I-9 requirements.Experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives.Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
