Salary: $50,000–$55,000 + quarterly bonus potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Work Arrangement: On-site

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, business-minded Community Manager to oversee daily operations and business performance for a residential community.

This role is closer to running a small business than traditional property management. You’ll lead a small on-site team and manage budgeting, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day resident experience.

You’ll have meaningful decision-making authority, ownership of business results, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys solving problems, developing teams, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, occupancy, collections, and budgets.
• Oversee vendors, maintenance coordination, and on-site staff.
• Drive financial performance and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Lead teams, set expectations, and ensure accountability.
• Build positive resident relationships and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively address challenges.

Schedule Note: Occasional evening and Saturday hours may be required when supporting home sales, depending on inventory.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership, operational management, or business management experience.
• Strong sales, financial accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable business results.
• Stable employment history with increasing responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on management approach.

Note: Property management experience, manufactured housing experience, and a college degree are not required.
