We are a premier, state-licensed Small Games of Chance (SGOC) provider and Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer specializing in turn-key fundraising solutions. Our company designs high-margin firearm raffle and ticket programs specifically tailored for Veteran, Fraternal, First Responder, and other qualified non-profit organizations across Indiana. We handle the compliance, inventory, and logistics so our partners can focus on raising critical funds for their communities.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy FFL Sales Consultant to expand our footprint throughout Indiana. In this role, you will market and sell our proven turn-key raffle packages directly to private clubs, veteran posts (VFW, American Legion), fire companies, and charitable organizations. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position perfect for someone with a strong background in commercial firearms, compliance, and a passion for supporting community-focused non-profits. $50,000 to $75,000 first year opportunity, $100,000+ second year for successful salespersons.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with qualified non-profit organizations and private clubs across PA.
- Present and sell our high-end, turn-key firearm raffle programs as an effortless revenue generator for organizations.
- Educate prospective clients on how our packages streamline the fundraising process while adhering to state regulations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with post commanders, club presidents, and fundraising chairs.
- Collaborate with internal compliance team members to ensure all FFL transfer protocols and promotional materials align with state and federal regulations.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, conventions, and organizational meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the firearms industry, FFL commercial operations, or high-volume fundraising.
- Strong working knowledge of federal (ATF) regulations and familiarity with Indiana Small Games of Chance (SGOC) frameworks is highly preferred.
- Deep connection to or familiarity with fraternal, veteran, or first responder organizations.
- Proven track record of self-motivated prospecting, territory management, and closing B2B or organizational sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned Indiana territory.
