ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2006 and has grown into a thriving team of 19 across multiple offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with State Farm in communications and public affairs, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to serving both our customers and our community.

Im a graduate of Florida A&M University, where I earned my degree magna cum laude, and Im proud that my family represents five generations at FAMU. Im a Million Dollar Round Table qualifier and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. A fun fact about me: I once won The Price Is Right! Im also honored to be the first and only African American woman to operate three State Farm offices.

Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are. Im actively involved as a Platinum member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a member of the Hallandale Chamber of Commerce, part of The Links, Inc. (MiamiBiscayne Bay Chapter), and serve on the Board of the Florida A&M Foundation.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lakitsia Gaines - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
