Join our strong franchise group! We're looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our high-volume location in Warren, MI . I

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead a team of 10-45 employees
• Deliver exceptional guest service while achieving sales and profitability goals
• Coach and develop shift leaders and team members to meet operational standards
• Manage food and labor costs through scheduling, training, and P&L oversight
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Handle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
• Be the on-site decision-maker, addressing challenges and solving problems in real time
• Collaborate with the District Manager to meet organizational goals and improve performance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• 1-2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong grasp of cost controls, scheduling, and operational execution
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
