This position partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and leadership teams to build high-performing teams that support mission-critical programs. The Senior Recruiter implements full-cycle recruiting, drives strategic talent initiatives, and ensures an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical and corporate rolesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent, including niche aerospace skill setsBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term talent plansDevelop and manage candidate pipelines for high-demand roles such as flight software engineers, avionics specialists, program managers, and systems engineersConduct behavioral and technical screening to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with program requirementsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific hiring regulations, including OFCCP and export-control requirementsDrive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in aerospace tech talent marketsUse data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements and refinement of recruiting best practicesRepresent the company at industry events, career fairs, and professional conferences to build talent networksImplement and maintain agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecyclePerform additional job duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
