Proman Sr. Skilled Trades (PST) is seeking a Senior Recruiter to set an example of excellence, direct recruiters daily, counsel and manage performance, and back up recruiter duties as needed. The role focuses on timely placement of qualified temporary staff at client sites and supporting Operations to run efficiently and compliantly. The position emphasizes ongoing coordination with management, adherence to unemployment and workers’ compensation rules, and delivering superior service to clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
