Sales Person Farm, Ranch, Truckstops +

Market leading Branded apparel and accessories company, is seeking a salesperson experienced in the Farm, Ranch and related markets to sell branded products into this specialty channel.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, assistant buyers, and retailer support teams
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing retail partnerships
• Present trend-right product assortments aligned with customer and market needs
• Secure purchase orders and manage all order details including pricing, shipping windows, vendor compliance, routing requirements, and vendor agreements
• Coordinate customer onboarding, account setup, and internal order management documentation
• Communicate packaging requirements, sample needs, licensing approvals, and production updates to internal teams and customers
• Negotiate shipment changes, discounts, and cancellation requests as needed
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research, retail store visits, and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and market appointments

Qualifications:

• Have existing contacts within the retail community
• Understand the retail landscape and culture within the market
• Possess a competitive nature focused on success
• Be a quick learner of our licensed brands, entertainment properties, and consumer trends
• Understand how to manage retail accounts and negotiate business terms
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree – preferred
