You will assist the Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and report to the Kitchen Manager. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and cost management in a fast-paced environment. The position requires at least two years of sous chef or equivalent experience, strong culinary skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork and quality.
