Certified Medical Assistant – Primary Care (Leadership Opportunity)

Location: Everett, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $32/hr + full benefits Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, 13 paid holidays

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Certified Medical Assistant who enjoys fast‑paced clinic work and wants to take on additional leadership responsibilities. This role blends hands‑on patient care with opportunities to support clinic operations, mentor other MAs, and help maintain high‑quality standards.

A Day in the Life

• Room patients, take vitals, perform EKGs, immunizations, and phlebotomy

• Support providers during exams and minor procedures

• Keep patient flow running smoothly throughout the day

• Help with scheduling, phones, and front‑office needs

• Document accurately in the EMR

• Assist with quality checks, compliance tasks, and workflow improvements

• Participate in team huddles, meetings, and training

• Occasionally travel to nearby clinics for support or training

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Medical Assistant (MA‑C)

• 3+ years of MA experience (primary or urgent care preferred)

• Graduate of an accredited MA program

• Phlebotomy certification within 90 days (if needed)

• CPR/BLS, TB test, Hep B immunity

• Strong communication and patient‑care skills

• Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic

• Team‑oriented and eager to learn

Compensation Range:

$25.30

to

$37.95

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
