Bartender Luxury Dining & Beverage Leadership Location: The Grove - Oaks Whitaker Glen, Raleigh, NC Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bartender to lead the daily operations of our upscale bar and dining room within a luxury, members only establishment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for mixology, premium spirits, and exceptional member experiences. As Bartender you will ensure operational excellence, profitability, and a culture of creativity and professionalism behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day bar and dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury brand standards. Lead, train, and inspire bar and wait staff to deliver world-class hospitality and beverage experiences. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to high-end dining standards. Curate and maintain a premium beverage program featuring craft cocktails, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits. Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for product consistency and cost control. Track inventory levels and order supplies. Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and refined guest service. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion. Engage personally with guests to build lasting relationships.
Qualifications 35 years of experience in a high-end, upscale, or fine dining environment. Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and bar operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Personal Attributes Polished, professional demeanor and impeccable guest presence.
