Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team at Tavistock Restaurant Collection in Lake Nona. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading our dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and revenue management. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and promotions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting and financial management. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. SKILLS & ABILITIES
