- Location: Los Angeles, CA
- Duration: 08 months
- Pay Range: $41 - $45/hr

- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with employee/HR data, data validation, data corrections, or HR data management.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to research data discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with global teams.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and reprioritizing tasks as business needs evolve.
- Oracle Fusion HCM experience - preferred, but not mandatory.
- Salesforce experience - strongly preferred.
- SuccessFactors experience - preferred.
