Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef in the Lone Tree area. The ideal Executive Chef is a hands-on culinary leader who develops high-performing teams, maintains exceptional food quality and safety standards, and drives sales and guest satisfaction through consistent execution and outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team focused on exceptional food quality, consistency, and safety
- Drive sales and guest traffic by delivering outstanding food and creating memorable dining experiences
- Partner with the Culinary Development Team to implement recipes, standards, and operational initiatives
- Train, coach, and support kitchen managers and hourly culinary staff to ensure flawless execution of all menu items
- Salary : up to $100,000

- Minimum of 4-5 years current experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager
- High volume background - must have Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager experience in establishments doing over $5 million in sales per year to be considered
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Proficiency with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
