Human Resources Generalist
Radiant Systems
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment. This onsite role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR programs, and provide day-to-day support to employees and HR leadership. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Assist with employee engagement, diversity, and HR initiatives. Provide HR support to employees and management. Coordinate career fairs, employee events, and learning & development activities. Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Experience or strong interest in Human Resources and Project Management. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
