Job SummaryThe Estimating Services Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Estimating and Preconstruction Department throughout the entire bid process, from initial opportunity identification and receipt of bid documents through bid submission, award, and project turnover. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized estimating documentation, coordinating bid activities and deadlines, monitoring procurement platforms, supporting subcontractor and supplier communications, coordinating meetings and departmental events, maintaining estimating databases and reports, and ensuring bid information is complete, current, and readily accessible. This is a full-time office position in Baton Rouge, LA.
