Compensation

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Top performers can earn $80K–$120K+
• Vehicle allowance (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate new business with:
• • Property managers
  • HOAs
  • Commercial real estate groups
  • Facility managers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Conduct site visits and walk properties
• Create and present proposals for:
• • Landscape maintenance
  • Sweeping Services
  • Irrigation services
  • Snow services (seasonal)
• Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Aspire experience is a plus)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or outside sales
• Strong closer with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable prospecting (calls, emails, in-person visits)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and self-motivated
• Landscape or service industry experience is a plus (not required)
