Expansion Account Executive

What You’ll Do Own expansion revenue within a defined book of existing clients Run discovery conversations with owners and senior decision-makers Identify triggers such as workforce growth, operational complexity, compliance needs, and benefits gaps Position additional services including benefits, HR support, retirement, and time tracking Build and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities Forecast deals and manage opportunities through close Partner with underwriting, benefits, and service teams to move opportunities forward Maintain accurate CRM documentation Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of B2B sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Comfortable selling to business owners and senior leaders Strong discovery and consultative selling skills Organized, accountable, and metrics-driven Competitive and motivated by performance environments About CoAd CoAd is a leading HCM organization providing payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, workforce management, and full-service PEO and ASO services to more than 16,000 clients nationwide.
