You will handle inbound calls and live-transfer leads—no cold calling or prospecting—and guide customers through the process of selecting coverage that meets their needs.This is a call center position for candidates who meet location and licensing requirements. If you are coachable, driven, and ready to grow your income, we provide the training, tools, systems, and daily support to help you succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and live-transfer leadsSell life insurance policies to adults ages 50–85Explain policy options clearly and help customers select appropriate coverageFollow established scripts, sales processes, and compliance requirementsDeliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales processAccurately complete applications and maintain customer recordsMeet or exceed monthly sales and production goalsBonus StructureBonuses begin at $12,500 in placed premium:$12,500 in placed premium: 100% bonus level, equal to $1,25075 applications: 125% bonus level150 applications: 150% bonus level250 applications: 175% bonus level350 or more applications: 200% bonus levelAgents must maintain at least 60 sales per quarter to retain their current bonus level.
