Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Operations Team and Crew Dispatch, supporting the daily functions of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be knowledgeable in most PC systems, and have the ability to compile data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Location: Cairo, IL

Pay Range: $16.5 per hour

What's the Job?

• Work in administrative function with the Operations Team and Crew Dispatch
• Compile data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft spreadsheets
• Answer phone calls and assist with dispatching crew members
• Assist with scheduling and tracking crew members' work hours
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable in most PC systems
• Ability to compile data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
