About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Credit Secondaries to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full investment cycle, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing new opportunities. This pivotal role involves leading transaction workstreams, conducting in-depth fundamental analysis, and overseeing the due diligence process. The VP will also be expected to present investment recommendations to senior leadership, making it a high-impact position with significant influence on the firm's capital deployment and portfolio construction. Applicants should have a minimum of 6-10 years' experience in direct private credit, secondaries, co-investments, fund of funds, or investment banking, with at least 1 year in a VP role at a private credit firm. The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key responsibilities for the VP include investment analysis and underwriting, deal execution, portfolio management, investment committee support, and operational support. The position offers the opportunity to work with a lean, collaborative team and provides frequent exposure to senior decision-makers.
