About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to join its Global Alternative Investment Solutions Operational Due Diligence (ODD) team, with a specific focus on private credit investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing both initial and ongoing operational due diligence of private credit investment managers, as well as assessing private credit secondary investments. This hands-on role requires the ability to deliver end-to-end ODD coverage, communicate conclusions effectively to stakeholders, and maintain independent judgment on manager operational risks and sustainability practices. The Vice President will also be expected to contribute to the evolution of the ODD program, collaborate with various internal teams, and represent the firm externally. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in an ODD role focused on private credit and private credit secondary investments. A strong educational background is essential, with an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution. The role demands a candidate with the ability to apply experience across a broad spectrum of alternative investment managers, knowledge of global capital markets, and a proven track record in external client engagement. Preferred qualifications include experience in private credit due diligence, fund administration, operations, accounting, bank credit, or audit, as well as advanced degrees or certifications such as an MBA, CPA, JD, CAIA, or CFA. The ideal candidate will have a partner mindset, be viewed as a thought leader, and have the confidence to engage with senior investment manager counterparts.
