Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

This role involves providing patient-centered care on a newly established Medical-Surgical unit, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and quality care. As a registered nurse, you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, prioritize patient needs, and educate patients and families while coordinating comprehensive care plans. Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, and preferably one year of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a structured onboarding process, dedicated preceptors, and opportunities for skill development and career growth. Work schedule features 12-hour night shifts (7 PM-7 AM) on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with predictable work-life balance and four days off weekly.
