Respiratory Therapist - $32-47 per hour

Overview UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to serve in a PRN, nights shift at Highlands Ranch Hospital – Highlands Ranch, CO. The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week. Work Schedule PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights. Compensation $31.61 – $47.41 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience. Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope practice in a direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care. Works with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes. Prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Conducts preceptor activities for new team members in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). State licensure. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). PALS Certification. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). BLS/CPR card from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross; card must be current through sixty days of hire.
