Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
Join our Critical Care Float Pool working night shifts, providing flexible support to a variety of intensive care units based on staffing and patient acuity. Nurses in this role will float between different ICUs, including:
- Neuro ICU
- Surgical ICUs
- Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
- Cardiology/Diagnostics
- CVICU
- SICU / MICU / NCCU
Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as part of their role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
- Experience in:
- IV Start
- Telemetry
- Ventilator management
- Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred
