Account ManagerAccount Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a direct hire opportunity within the Construction industry, located in Melville, NY. Responsibilities include:Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and vendors, managing daily correspondence and responding to service-related questions and concerns.Build and maintain positive client relationships by providing timely communication, addressing issues, and ensuring service expectations are understood and met.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure service requests are completed accurately and efficiently.Manage incoming work orders for assigned accounts, reviewing service requirements and assigning work orders as appropriate.Create and assign dispatches to Account Representatives, Account Coordinators, or other appropriate team members based on service needs.Monitor client email distribution channels throughout the day, reviewing incoming requests and delegating or sharing information with appropriate departments.Track active and ongoing service requests to ensure consistent progress and proper follow-up through completion.Closely monitor emergency and high-priority service tickets, communicating with internal teams and vendors to ensure issues continue moving toward resolution.Communicate updates, scheduling information, service changes, and other relevant details to clients and vendors throughout the service process.Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure client and vendor needs related to service work orders are clearly understood and properly addressed.Identify potential service issues or delays and proactively work with the appropriate teams to develop solutions.Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, work-order activity, dispatch information, and service updates.Provide ongoing follow-up with clients and vendors to ensure service expectations are met and outstanding issues are appropriately resolved.Qualifications:1-2 years of Account Management experienceWork Site: On Site Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $55,000-65,000/yr
