CNC Machinist

Shifts 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (40 hours/week) >15% shift differential Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM + one weekday 8-hour 3rd shift (32 hours/week) >25% shift differential Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, calipers) Inspect and audit setups and completed work for quality compliance Read and edit G-code programs as needed Drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity Qualifications 3-5 years of CNC machining experience (aerospace or similar manufacturing environment preferred) Technical/trade school certification or equivalent hands-on experience Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills Experience with setup verification and quality auditing Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 8 paid holidays + 3 floating holidays Paid vacation 401(k) with company match All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
