Job Details Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Mon – Fri (days). Outpatient setting. Provide acute and chronic care management, well visits, sick visits, and vaccinations across the full lifespan. Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year. Responsibilities Manage acute and chronic patient conditions in an outpatient setting. Conduct well visits, sick visits, and vaccinations for patients of all ages. Provide patient education and care plans for the full lifespan. Qualifications Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program. Prefer 2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Prefer experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care or related specialty. Must be able to treat patients across the full lifespan. Active Massachusetts state license. DEA registration or eligibility. Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
