Facilities Manager - Multifamily Maintenance Lead

Red Tail Residential

A property management firm in Eden Prairie is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the optimal functioning of building systems and resolve issues proactively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in Facilities Maintenance, experience in multiple trades, and must hold an EPA Universal Certification. The role requires leading a team, managing projects, and performing on-call duties.
